Seco is a typical stew of Ecuadorian cuisine. It can be made with any type of meat. Seco de carne de guanta is typical of the Amazon rainforest of Ecuador.
Most of the settlements located in this great jungle are rural peasants, and occupy a low percentage within the elements that the Amazon lodges in its entirety. Of the few towns located there, most of them feed on fish and animals like the guanta that is typical of the Ecuadorian east and that has a delicious preparation.
This is typical food from this end of Ecuador, it can be strange due to its flavor, but the dry glove for those who have tried it tastes like pure Amazonia.
