Fritada is a dish that is widely consumed in Ecuador. Its origin comes from the Sierra region
although on the coast, especially in the city of Guayaquil, people enjoy it as
if it were your own
This dish consists of pieces of cooked pork accompanied by mote, onion sauce,
avocado, baked potatoes, chifles and fried plantains. For its preparation you need
of the following ingredients: Pork, white onion, garlic, water or beer, cumin,
salt.
